The Flavour Farm is a new fresh greenhouse production facility, that produces vine tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers Sustainability focus Acquisition planned for a private label producer. Growing produce in greenhouses has been done for over a century according to the same principles we are still using today, albeit using much more technology. For many people, greenhouse produce seems revolutionary, and the buzz words CEA (controlled environment agriculture)  and vertical farming are resonating around the industry. Tomatoes, peppers and cucumber greenhouses have been vertical farms for a century as the plants grow vertically.
